The Egmont Aviation team is pleased to announce the flight school fleet replenishment with Tecnam P-Mentor aircraft. The contract for the aircraft delivery in September 2022 was signed during the AERO Friedrichshafen 2022 exhibition.
Tecnam P-Mentor is an Italian light aircraft designed for flight training and manufactured by Tecnam from Casoria. It was first publicly demonstrated at AERO Friedrichshafen 2022 in Germany. The P-Mentor was developed in accordance with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency EASA CS-23 rules and certified in April 2022.
The P-Mentor is certified to perform IFR flights in accordance with the latest EASA and FAA requirements, providing PBN/RNAV training opportunities as well as AFCS.
The latest avionics and sporty design allow pilots to feel full control of their aircraft, making it fun and easy to operate. Thanks to the airframe ballistic recovery system and compliance with the latest CS/Part23 requirements for recovery after stall, the P-Mentor is one of the safest two-seat aircraft on the market.
