A number of cooperation agreements were signed between the National Aviation University of Ukraine and Egmont Aviation d.o.o.
As part of the expansion of international cooperation programs between the National Aviation University and the Slovenian Flight School Egmont Aviation d.o.o. an online meeting was held during which the parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation on the issue of flight training of NAU students at the Slovenian Flight School according to EASA standards; involving Ukrainian instructors in training students at the Slovenian school; holding joint conferences with the participation of airlines operating air transportation in Ukraine and abroad.
The training programs of the Slovenian Flight School were presented, which enable students of the National Aviation University to obtain an EASA PPL, CPL license. Following the results of the meeting and taking into account the prospects for further cooperation, the following documents were signed:
- A cooperation agreement between NAU and Egmont Aviation d.o.o., the subject of which is mutually beneficial, non-commercial cooperation in solving the tasks of scientific and technical cooperation, ensuring the quality of education, improving the effectiveness of educational and research work at universities;
- A cooperation agreement aimed at organizing a joint training system for obtaining a pilot license of the European standard EASA;
- An agreement on the provision of services for the organization of a raid on the FNTP II simulator of practical training on the organization of training based on the certified ALX-92 aircraft simulator, practical training services (or familiarization flights) on the FNTP II type simulator.
The signing of the above documents provides an opportunity for students - future pilots to receive European training, after which they will be able to work in leading airlines not only in Ukraine, but also in Europe and other countries of the world.
